Do Surveys Calculate Results?

Yes, it is possible to create a quiz or exam format survey with JotForm. Using the Quiz Form App, you can create a quiz and choose the right answers and then show the user results of their attempts at the quiz.

I believe you misunderstood my question.  I have created a survey I would like to send out but wanted to know if Jot form will calculate the percentage of each answer on all forms return.  There is no right or wrong answer.

Yes, when you're configuring the form through our form builder there is no way to set up wrong/right answers, if you want to do that then you must use the quiz app following the guide my colleague shared above. 

Now, if you want to calculate a percentage, then you will need to manually assign the desired calculation values to the answers on each question and manually perform the calculations on your end.
