If you did not delete the submission on that form, you can still view it by following this guide: How to View Form Submissions.

Also, the free plan has only 500 storage submission, so if you exceed this limit, it will delete the older submission to give way to the new submission. However, you can view or access all submissions if you upgrade your account.
