Is there a form that allows the customer to receive a product recommendation depending on what answers they submitted to the questions?

If this is only available on a certain plan, which plan is that please?

Hey Kelly - How are you planning to deploy your recommendations? If you will use the THANK YOU PAGE, you can conditionally show different thank you messages based on your user's answers.

Alternatively, if you will use emails (we call them AUTORESPONDERS) as your way of offering your recommendations, then these emails can be sent conditionally too.

These features are available to all plans (even the free plan).

Thanks for the reply! We want it to give immediate recommendations so it would need a form that has multiple different recommendations to offer depending on what sequence of answers were submitted.

Might need to look for a different app!

If you would like to show recommendations immediately on the form, you can build a smart form. Recommendations can be shown conditionally based on user's answers. Here are related help articles:
