ALL OUR CUSTOMERS RECEIVE SPAM MAILS FROM OUR NORMAL E-MAILADRESS. WHY IS A NORMALLY COMPANY ON AN BLACKLIST. MONTHS AND MONTHS, GMAIL-CUSTOMES COMPLAINT THAT THEY NOT GET OUR MAILS OF IN THE SPAM.. DO SOMETHING ABOUT THIS!

From which email address are your customers receiving spam emails? Can you provide us a screenshot of the spam email?
I checked your email address but I did not find a JotForm account. If your issue is not related to JotForm, which is an online Form Builder - https://www.jotform.com/faq, we will not be able to assist you.
