Hi,
I've tried to connect a Jotform with ZOHO CRM using our login credentials. It doesn't seem to connect to the account or when trying to use the authentication token. It says at the bottom 'Web login required'. Could you please advise?

This could be due to your Account's 2-factor authentication settings in Zoho. Please check if you have enabled this in your account. If, so, do try the below steps:
1. Go to your account's authentication settings:
https://accounts.zoho.com/u/h#setting/authentication
2. Check this link to generate a new authentication token:
https://www.zoho.com/crm/help/api/using-authentication-token.html
Do check and let us know if the issue still persists.

unable to see the authentication code - it's too wide to display fully. So
if I try to log in using my username and password into my new form,
Jotforms returns a message "Web Login Required". Where do I log in? What
do I do?

We did not receive the screenshot. Please follow this guide to attach a screenshot to the current thread: How to Post Screenshots to the Support Forum.
As for the Authentication Code, double click the token to copy it and then paste it into the field when requested during the integration. Also, make sure you are logged into your Jotform Account while performing these operations. We shall await your response on this and a screenshot showing the error would help us identify the error and provide further assistance.
