Please advise ASAP.
Our password for out encryption of pdf files and now our account passwords do not work.
Also we still are not able to see the find searchbox on the submissions page.
We are HIPAA Gold.

The account is locked out due to many login attempts. I've activated it. You may consider resetting the password if the current one does not work.
