Creating a WooCommerce site form

Hi!

I Need to lay 3 picture tiles horizontally, a customer chooses one of three, the other grey out or are deselected (because only one can be selected)

 has two buttons below: "add to cart" & "check out" in a woo commerce store.

Can your app do that as a standard feature? If so please show me!

If custom coding is required please advise. Can't be much. Woo / wordpress & jotform  have all the hard functions coded.

In general, our forms are designed to work as standalone applications. We do support order/payment forms too. In other words, it is easy to create a payment form with us, but making a form which is a part of a WooCommerce system might not be trivial.

There is an Image Radio Buttons widget available; and for card layout forms we have an Image Choice field type.

The form can be configured to redirect a user to a custom URL upon submission.

We also support HTTP Post Data Redirect and API.
