Database ability

Greetings! I have been using JotForm for years now for basic forms, however, I now need a way to create a database of numbers -- to which I can easily add, make changes, and delete data. 

Specifically, I want visitors to my website to have to enter a 7-digit code in order to see the website's content.  However, I need a backend database that I can populate with these 7-digit numbers/passcodes.

Do you offer the capability or a third party app that achieves this?

Unfortunately, such feature is not currently possible; however, we do have a similar functionality that will allow your users to enter a key and load data from an external spreadsheet that you can update.
