results of email don't match the download results

    HI,

    I have contacted you before because of these issues we are having.  When we receive the email results of the form they are correct.  The attachment that comes with the email has extra fields in them and when we go to your site and download there is info. not included.  Can you take a look?  Thanks!  The screenshot of the downloaded form has fields that are not in the jotform

    I believe that you are referring to your previous thread https://www.jotform.com/answers/1692294-. It looks like the PDF report is using some fields that are deleted from the form. As already mentioned by our colleague on the other thread, you may consider deleting the existing PDF document and create a new one so that the form fields shall be automatically updated in the PDF report.
