    Hi team,

While redirecting to a form through our application, can we get a custom identifier in the url?

    Regards

Do you want to know which webpage URL the submission came from? If yes, you can use our Get form page URL widget.

Guide: Capture the Page URL Where the Form is Embedded.

However, if you are referring to something else please explain the details of your requirements so we can check for possible options.

We are embedding the form in our application where every user has a unique login. Is it possible to pass this login information in the url so we can identify the user?

if the username can be passed as a value to the URL, it is possible to read that value to the form using the URL parameters. Please refer to the guide below that can help you with this.

    https://www.jotform.com/help/71-Prepopulating-Fields-to-Your-JotForm-via-URL-Parameters

Also, please be noted that having username/password fields and collecting any sensitive information on your JotForm is not allowed. Please refer to our terms of usage for more information.

    Thanks!
