Hello,
I deleted all the submissions but it still gives me the "over quota" message.
Can you check out my account and let me know whats wrong?

Please note that deleting submissions will not restore your monthly limit. Only our system can do that, and it is scheduled monthly, 00 EST on the first day. You do not have submissions this month, so I think that was just a cache. I've fixed that for you.
