Change name of form on tab?

Hi there - I cloned one form (2018 CPE Value Conference) to create a new form (2019 TSDAC Conference).  As you can see from the link below, once you opened it the tab still reads like the first form. Is there a way to edit this?

Please follow below steps to change the title of the form:

1) Go to SETTINGS >> FORM SETTINGS

2) Click on SHOW MORE OPTIONS and scroll down to PAGE TITLE.

3) Change the title as required.
