Hi thanks for the quick response. So  basically i client wants a from on his app/website where the client fills out some questions about the work they want done. The form will then calculate a total and the client then presses submit and the form is sent to them (my client) so they can contact the client. 

Also even possible another form where they can also pay for that quote but this isnt essential
