Suspended Account

    Hello,

    I tried to log into my account and it stated that the login failed and my account was suspended. I don’t know why my login failed or my account was suspended. Will you please assist me with this so I can use my forms for my business?

    Upon review of your account it was found form id:

    http://www.jotform.us/form/90147481394158 was collecting credit card information which was removed in order to re-activate your account.

    Due to our PCI compliance we cannot allow for credit card information to be collected this way.

    Your account is active and your form available, please do not elaborate forms of these type, unless you implement payment integration, with one of our payment processors:

    Which will not allow you to see the information on plain text fields.
