How to create a Master-detail form?

Is that possible to create a master detail form?

Something like that picture:

A configurable list widget could be used to create the section with sets of fields requiring multiple entries:

The user would be able to add more set of fields as needed.  If there is something needed that the widget does not offer, let us know and we will see what else we can do.
