hello, yes i do not really undersatnd why my jotforms are not working since the 16 of january, can you please let me know how can i do it. it seems that everything is ok and already paid until may 2019.

Note that your subscription is Storage Yearly which is basically similar to the free plan, but with the ability to store unlimited submissions for the account (Total Submissions Storage Limit). This limit is different from the monthly submission limits. For example, you received 100 submissions monthly for 5 months, then your total submission storage is 500.
Under the Free plan, you can only store 500 submissions. Once you reach the limit, our system will automatically delete the oldest submission so the new submission can be stored on your account.
If you want to increase your monthly regular and payment submissions limit, you may consider upgrading to Bronze.

hello, i do not want to increase monthly payment submission because i do not have, i just want to let the people the oportunity to fill into the form and i do not mind if i will loose the old ones. can you please help me to understand what can i do ? because it seems that i do not have receive more than 100 per monthsthank you for helping me

It is not necessary to upgrade in order to continue to receive submissions. The issue is likely a conflict between the form and the page as described in your other thread:
Try using the iframe code to embed the form. If that does not work, let us know in your other thread and we will be happy to help.
