Is there an option to add signature fields?

    is there an option to add signature fields? Does it record up address and the like or does it record their actual signature?


    As a counselor, if I added JotForm to my website, and each person needed to fill out all my documents for new clients, would they be able to click through all forms in a row, or would they click on each separately and then I’d get three separate unconnected documents?

    Yes, adding e-Signature field is possible in the form.

    The signature section will only ask for the submitter's signature and no other fields. If you want to get their address, you need to add our address field in the form. 

    If you have multiple forms, submitting all would give you multiple documents/submissions as well. If it is just one form, you should only get one document for each submission. Are you looking to combine the data submitted? In what format? PDF, Excel, CSV? Let us know, and we'll see if we can come up a solution for you.
