Hi Team, I have subcribed to your forms. I will like to find out, it is
possible to have a generated pdf document like the one I am attaching for
people who have being confirmed or completed the final stage of
registration to receive this PDF document bearing the picture they
submitted and also details like what we have including the QR code and BAR
    CODE details?
Will be so glad if all of that can happen with Jotform.
    Thank You

You may try adding one of the following QR code widgets to the form.

    https://widgets.jotform.com/widget/qr_code

    https://widgets.jotform.com/widget/dynamic_qr_code

You may create and customize PDF document from the PDF editor which shall be displaying the form filled information to attach it to the email autoresponder.

Hello, I figured my way out on the QR code and also the pdf document.
My challenge now has to do with the alignment of the header of the email
    notification. secondly t
he image form field does now show the image. It

    rather shows the file name.
    How do I correct this?.
    More also.
Can I use more than one form but with
different auto responders depending on certain triggers. So the first form
is to collect bio-data and the second form is for them to make payment.
However, certain specific fields will be picked from the form two to
    generate an ID for participants.
Details such as Passport Picture, Nationality and Name. What we want to
avoid is having participants to refill more than twice the same details.

I can share my login for you to see what I mean clearly.
    Thanks for the help!
