Protect submissions

    How can we password protect 'EDIT SUBMISSION LINKS' or prevent the creation of these links.

    How can we prevent any data access without a password?

    You cannot set a password for submissions, but you can edit your Notifications: https://www.jotform.com/help/25-Setting-up-Email-Notifications

    And remove the edit link from it:

    But if we remove the link someone could still access the data if they correctly guess the link?

    It's impossible to guess the link since submission ID is randomly generated. And it's just not possible to guess it.

    So if you don't share the ID in the Notifier you will be fine.
