Insert other text field value on Drop down when submitted

Hi, I'm trying to create a form where I can insert the option into the drop down from Other text field. I have created a sample form and added a conditional logic on it.

Basically if someone chooses "other" in Knee drop down it will show the Other text field and input text. When submitted the new inputted text will be part of the drop down. Is that possible?

There is a widget which does exactly what you want, its called "User Contributed Dropdown Box" which has an "Add Option". If you don't know how to add widgets you can find detailed information about it here. 

The widget looks like this:

After the add option is selected it prompts out a message that says "Enter a new option":
