Workflow Approval with Hidden Signature

    Hello,

I hope you're able to help our team as we have been trying to figure out a solution for a long time. What we would like is to simply a workflow process for using jotform to provide approvals for submissions.

To start off, what we would like is to have our students fill out the form, sign, and then hit submit. Once the student submits, we want the form to be then sent to the Professor through the email entered by the student as the answer to one of the questions (see screenshot for email).

After the form gets sent to the faculty email provided, we would want the faculty to see their signature portion and submit button. The faculty signature, text box, and 2nd submit button should only be visible after the student submits the form and it's sent to the faculty. We do not want the student to see the faculty signature block (see last screenshot).

Can we have this function in Jotform? Please let us know as soon as possible as we're hoping to use this form today.

Thank you and hope to talk soon!

We do have a workflow process. It's a bit complex, but here's the guide you can follow: https://www.jotform.com/help/432-A-General-Approach-on-Building-an-Approval-Process-Workflow.

If you have already checked this and having difficulties following the steps, please let us know and provide us with your progress.

Note that in the guide, we have provided the app created by a third party. Jotform highlights it because that will simplify the process, but a bit different compared to the workaround in the guide.
