Finding a partial submission

Is a customer fills out the form, but a computer problem or some other glitch causes them to stop half through the form, is there a way to see a partially submitted form?  Some have said there was an error at the end when trying to submit the form.  Can we find those without the customer needing to completely fill out the form again?

It's possible to do it if you have set up the save and continue later feature, otherwise, I'm afraid there is no way to find the information they were filling out.

However, this will not work with previous submissions, only with those ones started with the new method. 

You may also provide us the details about the issues they experienced while trying to submit the form so we can further investigate it on our end.
