Submissions Sheets: Trouble Printing Forms

    When I prinnt a submission the date is off by one day and there is a timestamp that I did not add.

    I checked one of the submissions, and the same date is shown when printing:

    If you are not referring to the submission date, could you specify which one is?

    Also, the extra time stamp can be removed by unticking the header and footers option:
