Can I export that to a HIPAA compliant secure cloud account?

Hello,

I'm exploring upgrading to HIPAA compliance, my question is when I collect a submission, can I still export that to a HIPAA compliant 3rd party like SOOKASA secure cloud account? 

What if I need to have an employee access a submission, do they need a user account of some sort to stay HIPAA compliant?

JotForm provides integration to Google Drive and DropBox with HIPAA compliance. Since there is no direct integration to SOOKASA available with JotForm, you may try using Webhooks if available with the application.

Unfortunately, it is not possible to share the submissions to another user with HIPAA compliance. You may send the submission to the other user as email notification attaching the PDF document which should be password protected. Please note that the HIPAA compliant fields on the form are also protected in the email notification and will not be displayed. However, the PDF attachment shall be displaying the data normally.
