Why empty fields or skipped fields still showing in PDF?

I made a form and added conditions to skip certain pages. When we receive the PDF it still shows the content of the other pages. Header and text field. Why is that?

It is because you have the "Show headers and text" option enabled. The "Show Headers and Text" forces the static text, images, and headers on your form to display on the submission view (including in the PDF).

This function is described properly on this guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/305-How-to-Show-Headers-and-Text-in-the-PDF

I made the change but it only fixed it for the notification. The autoresponder pdf still shows all the headers and text fields.

I was testing this form http://www.jotform.us/form/80657567512160 and I see what you are referring to.

Please note that condition logic will not customize the PDF report. So you cannot create conditions rules that will dynamically create a PDF report that will contain different fields/data on it.

What can be done is to customize the PDF report using the PDF editor in the submission panel. Take note though that the customized PDF report is fixed or static only. However you designed/customized it, that will be the only appearance or output the report will have.
