My upgrade is not going through.

    Please help: I received three messages saying that I need to upgrade. I clicked on "Upgrade now" and it appears that my credit card was charged because I didn't see an error (I can't look up if it was charged because it is a business credit card and I can't access it from home). Can you please check and see if my form is working?

    I checked your account and FastSpring and it shows you that you have not been charged so maybe the payment was not processed.

    Could you please try again and show us a screenshot if the upgrade does not take effect?

    Also, try upgrading your account with another browser or trying to clear your browser's cache or cookies before upgrading the account.
