How many payment submissions can be received with free account?

Lastly I made two forms under the same account I was told through a friend that it can only handle 10 form submissions. If they were if both forms were created under the same account does that mean that I only get 10 submissions total for free until I need to become a paid account? Thank you so much

I can assume that you would like to collect payments along with submissions. In this case, free package would allow to receive 10 payment submissions and if you reach this limit, you will need to upgrade. If your second form is not collecting payments, but just regular form submissions, it can be active until monthly limit of 100 regular submissions is reached.
