Form is not working on Mobile

    Hi one of my forms isn't working for my client. Can you please help?

    She is using an iphone and using the Google app as her browser.

    The page won't scroll and she can't fill it out.

    I tested the webpage using iPhone 8. However, I was not able to replicate the issue.

    Can you please tell us what device your client is using and please give us a screenshot of the webpage looks like on your client side so we can further check it.
