We are an EMS Regulatory Agency currently using JotForm to facilitate online submission of State Mandated EMS License re-certification. Users may potentially submit information that can be considered Protected Health Information/PHI (driver's license as example) that would fall under HIPAA regulations. If we upgrade to the HIPAA-compliant functionality (with BA)A that encrypts data, could we use forms already created?

Hello Thomas,
Yes, if you enable HIPAA compliance for your account, all your forms and data will be transferred to our HIPAA servers, so you will be able to use same forms in HIPAA environment. Here is related guide: How-to-upgrade-to-HIPAA-Compliance

The form email notifications on the HIPAA-compliant forms are being automatically replaced with the following template:
