Hi there,
We recently discovered a specific notification email was NOT setup to send out to those who submit a specific form.
How can we setup an email to automatically send out NOW to people who have PREVIOUSLY submitted the form and are already in the system?

Emails are sent only when the form is submitted.
So the only way to have emails sent (for the existing submissions) is to edit submissions and submit again.
You have to enable Send on Edit:
And in Autoresponder:
Then you have to edit your submissions from the submissions: https://www.jotform.com/help/269-How-to-View-Form-Submissions
And edit each and submit.
