How to redirect users to different page conditionally?

I have a unique situation and not sure how you can help me. You see, my site is designed in such a way there are options to choose from...eg...father of the groom, father of the bride etc...

This is what i want to do. I want those who opt in to receive specific downloads. For instance, if someone scroll down one to say choose father of the groom, he automatically receives my father of the groom questionnaire.

As far as I understand, you would like to redirect users to different forms based on their answer. We have an option for that. Please follow this guide: Change-Thank-You-Page-URL-Based-on-a-Condition
