Can I import my pdf form to fillable forms?

Hello I was wondering if with the Free or Bronze accounts we can use editable-PDFs that we currently have? We are looking to use them on our website and our website service is compatible with you (FMG Suite). We would want these forms to be able to be filled out and submitted to us electronically. These are two examples of forms that i would like to edit and put on my site

I've tried importing your PDF to our PDF editor, but it does not detect the fillable fields. You will need to manually create this PDF in Jotform's PDF editor.
