I am being double billed.

    Hi,

    I'm being double billed. I don't know why but I'm not even using this. This is $50/month for nothing for months. help???I want immediate downgrade to the free version pls.

    I am sorry for the trouble caused to you but we have sent several emails at bloomingbeesh*****@gmail.com,  iva.pale*****@gmail.com but no response was received. 

    I did check your account and found that you have two active subscriptions:

    Bronze monthly subscription ID: I-F4W696KDFUFS

    Silver monthly subscription ID: I-HRYE0YKSF7M7

    I would suggest you to please cancel your bronze subscription plan from your paypal account which will cancel auto-renewal of your bronze subscription. The following guide should help you how to cancel Paypal subscription: https://www.jotform.com/help/336-How-Can-I-Cancel-My-PayPal-Subscription  

    Do get back to us after you cancel your bronze subscription, we will process last 2 month's subscription payment of bronze plan. For the remaining 3 months of double billing, we will give you credit for the same amount.

    Since you want to downgrade your account to free plan, please cancel your silver subscription plan as well from your PayPal account. Do get back  to us once you cancel both subscriptions and we will process applicable refund of 19*5=95 (5 months of double billing of bronze plan).
