I am having problems processing my fee on my credit card.

    I cannot complete and submit my form for my certificate, because I continue to get this message This account cannot currently make live charges. If you are a customer trying to make a purchase, please contact the owner of this site. Your transaction has not been processed.

    sThere should be no problem using this card. Please let me know what is wrong and how to fix it as soon as possible.
