Can we configure two recipients to receive the emails?

Good afternoon,

Are we able change the settings for our registration form so once a form is completed 2 different people get a notification email with the details and PDF attached?

Since your account is on free subscription so you can configure one recipient email per notification. So you would have to setup 2 notification emails in your Form.
