I am using jot form with square to take orders. The purchased product data is not
separated by any usable method when excel is downloaded.
The Size Qty price are all in one cell
Is there a better way?

It will only be displayed on one cell because "Type Qty per size required" or "Square Payment Items" is considered one field only.
I have tried the CSV and Excel reports but the results are the same on your screenshot. Try to integrate your form to Google spreadsheet and let us know if the results are the same so we can add it as a feature request.

When you're using payment field, the data from that field go to one cell, and I'm afraid you cannot change that.
You can, however, create your payment field with regular fields and pass the calculation: https://www.jotform.com/help/275-How-to-Pass-a-Calculation-to-a-Payment-Field
In that way, you can create products list and quantity as separate fields.
Hope it helps.
