How to change the Form title of the cloned Form?

If you clone a form as it has the form content that you want / need, the tab label above the URL will always show the original forms name. 

How can this be changed? 

Form link below. This is abseil registration form for WMC but the heading is for Newport Transporter Bridge and this needs to be changed. 

Also, the forms quite often go to the white colour - any ideas on this?
