I downgraded my account weeks ago and I was charged again today

    I stopped using your form because I couldn't afford $20 a month just to get over 100 submissions. I downgraded my account weeks ago and I was charged again today. I'm downgrading my account again, I would appreciate a refund of today's charge so I don't have to go through the dispute process.

    It's Paypal. I have sent a refund request to our billing team for the payment. You should receive the refund in 4-10 business days. Paypal should also notify you about it.

    We are sorry for the inconvenience this may have caused. Your plan is automatically renewed due to your PayPal payment processor. If you still didn't cancel it then please cancel it to prevent unexpected billing and auto-renewal of your plan.
