You may change the fonts of the Thank you message by selecting the text and then Font from the dropdown displayed below:
Please give it a try and let us know if you need any further assistance. We will be happy to help.

Yes I know how to change fonts. Sorry I wasn’t clear. It’s not allowing me to UNbold text and I don’t know how to change the line spacing.

You may edit your Thank you page using the source code. Go to your Thank you page and click on the icon <> to open the source code.
It seems that when you use the <span> tag element the text under it will be Bold and when you use the HTML element<p>(Paragraph) the text font is normal.
For the line spacing you're using   tag to create a space in your text.
Hope this information helps.
Please give it a try and let us know if the issue still remains.

I'm sorry but this doesn't make sense to me. I don't know how to change the code. I should be able to press/unpress the B button to bold/unbold. This needs to be more user friendly.

I have tested the thank you page and it seems the issue is with the recent text you have placed. They are not affected when you try to edit them.
However, you may try manually adding the texts again and changing the Fonts.
Here is a sample screen cast:
Please give it a try and let us know if this fits your requirements.
