I would like to change my user name please

You can change your username from your Account Settings. Once logged in, go to Account Settings > Profile tab and edit your username.

If you are unable to do so via this method, please reach out to us and we can change the username on your behalf. If you require us to change the username, we will need at least three possible options so that we can use the available one.

Please also note that while changing your username if you have used custom URL names in your forms, they will not work with the change. You will have to recreate them.
