How can I resolve this widget error? "The owner of widgets.jotform.io has configured their website improperly. To protect your information from being stolen, Firefox has not connected to this website."

I'm unable to provide a screenshot. This occurred on a computer that was using FireFox and Safari. The person encountered the error when trying to complete the survey. I temporarily disable the required option for this field then reenabled it after he submitted the form. Another person also reported a problem with this field and was unable to complete the survey because of it. I will let you know if I get any more complaints related to this widget.
