If you would like users to be able to print the form to have a hard copy, add a print button to the form:

If that is not what you are looking for, let us know a bit more detail regarding what you mean by "print editable form" and we will see what we can do.

I am looking to take PDFs I currently have that are editable online (example above). I would like to place these on my website so they can be filled in and submitted. I need to import the form in the same format as it is now and just add a submit button.

Thank you for providing more information. Unfortunately, fillable PDF forms can not be submitted via browsers. In order to submit a fillable PDF form, user would need to download it and open through PDF readers like Adobe or Foxit. If you would like to allow users submitting a form via your web site directly, online form would meet this requirement.

Also, if you would like to add a Submit button to the form you shared, you would need to import it to our system. You can try our import tool here: https://www.jotform.com/help/548-How-Can-I-Import-My-Own-PDF-to-JotForm

We will be glad to assist if you need more help, just let us know.

Not all PDF's can be converted to JotForm PDF's.  The PDF needs to already be fillable PDF in order to be possible to import.  As per our guide on import PDF's:

IMPORTANT: Please make sure you are importing a fillable PDF. This feature will not accept plain PDF files or documents. It has to be a fillable PDF and needs to have fillable form fields (e.g. textboxes, textareas, checkboxes, radio buttons, etc.).

Even if the PDF is fillable, if the formatting is too far removed from our own formatting, some fields might not import.
