PDF document not displaying correctly

    I NEED IMMEDIATE HELP. My forms are NOT working correctly.

    My PDF forms are submitting with multiple errors and the forms are re-arranging themselves even after i fix them in the PDF editor. the forms Display correctly in the "preview PDF" but then they still download with MULTIPLE problems and in complete disarray!! its extremely frustrating to constantly have these issues.


    I need this problem fixed asap as i use jotform for my business and its holding up our accounting dept.


    please see the attachment that has a copy of the ACTUAL PDF that is being sent to me vs the PREVIEW PDF that is viewable on jotform. they do NOT match

    As I check the PDF document of the form in edit mode, it seems that the logo and other fields are not aligned correctly.

    Please try editing the PDF report by following the guide below and see if that helps.

    Wow thanks. You obviously took zero effort in looking into my problem.
    I have over a dozen forms I use and they all have custom pdf files!!
    I’m not an idiot at using your site!

    Sorry for the trouble caused. It seems that you have already made some changes to the PDF report. As I check your form in the PDF editor edit mode and preview, they seem to be displaying normally at my end. Here is the random link and how it is being displayed in the editor and preview mode.

    Also the downloaded PDF document is also displaying as it is in the view mode. Did you make any changes to the online form by adding or modifying the fields that might have caused the automatic update on the PDF document?

    i have attempted to modify the form via the PDF editor and it does not
    stay. Literally, everytime i download the pdf it delivers it to me in
    multiple ways that are NOT reflective of what is being shown on my screen.
    when i exit the pdf editor and go back to that form pdf editor, all the
    changes i made have been messed up again and i have to fix the form all
    over again. this form in particular is NOT saving the format that i want.
    it makes NO sense to me.
    i have not changed anything to this form and it worked fine all last week
    and all weekend and now today it wants to do what it wants and not behave
    appropriately.

    yet again, i see the form is correctly formatted but the PDF file that is
    downloaded does NOT reflect this.
    see attachment as my proof, it just randomly places the fields where it
    wants as opposed to where the PDF editor is displaying.

    I created a whole NEW PDF FORM through the editor and changed the form settings to use the NEW pdf form I created and it seems to be working fine now.
    Your new PDF form/editor is extremely buggy and constantly has issues.
    Don’t get me wrong, it’s very much easier to use than the old one and looks way better on the eyes. But it constantly has to be adjusted in some way over small problems.

    nevermind, it just sent me all the wrong forms AGAIN..its sending me OLD
    PDF forms and NEW pdf forms with the information all jumbled up.
    this makes no sense what so ever

    so i fixed it yet again...and deleted the previous PDF format. i will
    continue to keep an eye on this situation and let you know if it continues
    to happen more.
    please get with the developers to see why these errors are occurring though

    We are terribly sorry for the trouble being caused with the PDF editor. As we have noticed, it seems that there is an issue with it and it was reported by few of our other users as well. Unfortunately, I was not able to replicate the issue at my end. However, based on the update we have received from our backend team the issue should be fixed by now and so the PDF documents are normal.

    If you still notice any issue with the PDF editor, please do let us know. We'll be happy to take a look again for you.
