How can I access old form submissions that have been removed on the system?

    Hi,

    We had a bank of about 20 submissions for one of our forms. As we went to attend to them they were removed from our system. Im wondering if they can be reinstated or is there a way we can access these forms along with any other old submissions.

    Can you please confirm if you were referring to deleted submission data on your form/s?

    Were you trying to restore form deleted submission data?

    Unfortunately it is not possible to restore deleted submission data. Because we do not keep any other copy of the submission data on the server, deleted submissions will always be permanent.

    You can use the submission emails for the copy of the submission data of the form.

    If this is not the issue, please clarify so we can properly check the problem also.
