Combine fields to display in the same line

Hi  In looking a ther= rental form it  has a line for name.  Then I have to add another line for Monthly income or phone.

How can I take an existing field box and add another fiels e.g. monthly income so they are all on the same line?

I understand that you want to display the Name, Income and Phone fields in the same row. If so, you may position the fields on the form by following the guide below:
