How to send reminders if JotForm is not completed?

    Hi team,

    What if the client has not answered the questions or they need more time to answer? Do you have an option to send an email reminder to them every day?

    Any advice on this will be greatly appreciated.

    Yes, if the client has not answered the questions or they need more time to answer, you can send to your clients daily, weekly or monthly emails to remind filling a form.

    Please take a look at the following guide: How-to-Set-Reminder-Emails-for-Your-Forms.

    Keep in mind this feature does not check if the recipient fills the form or not. If the recipient fills your form and if you do not want that recipient to receive a reminder email, you need to delete that recipient from the setting.

    Also, if you want to client to fill all questions in the form, or if you want only some questions to be completed you can set them as required. Please see the image below:
