Add page and skip to that page based on another field's answer

If a person selects a certain answer on a question, do not allow the form to be submitted but instead redirect them to a page that tells them why they can't submit the application.

Also how do I make my application more than one page so that I can direct them to page 2 where the explanation can be listed?

What you are trying to accomplish is possible.

First, to add pages on your form, you will need to use the Page Break.

Then, as for showing a particular page based on another field's answer, you can use the SKIP TO/HIDE A PAGE conditional logic.

Please give it a go and let us know if you need any further assistance.
