Why are "Hide Pages" conditions not working?

I'm trying to create a workflow approval form... Stuck in a spot.

When the first question is answered "Worker Involved", they are only to see pages 1, 2 and 4.

The tabs 1, 2 & 4 show but content from page 3 shows up when I click next after page 2.

Why is this occurring? Where am I going wrong?

You are doing everything correctly. There is a little conflict between form tabs widget and skip to/hide condition.
You must disable widget's 'Allow navigation without validation' to use skip to/hide condition.
Why are Hide Pages conditions not working? Image 10Now you can use skip to/hide condition.

Ok so, that helps me temporarily, but...

Is there a way to work around this? I'll walk you through what I'm trying to achieve and perhaps there is a better way...

    1. Person 1 (worker) fills out certain pages of the form (1 & 2 and signs off)

    2. Person 2 (HSE) reviews Person 1's submission and edits  as required. Also has access to complete page 3 content.

    3. Once content is revised, Person 2 signs off and the form is sent to Person 3 (Supervisor) for review and sign off.

    4. Once person 3 signs off, form is sent to person 4 (Senior Manager) for review and sign off.

    5. Form is now complete.

Ideally, person 2 can toggle between tabs if pages are not complete...

Also - is there a way to skip multiple pages without creating an individual condition per page required to be skipped?

I can see that you have applied the condition for "Worker Involved" option. If HSE will have access to all tabs, then you don't need to add more condition. What I'm not seeing is the Get Page URL widget https://widgets.jotform.com/widget/get_form_page_url.

You can add that widget and create a condition that if widget contains "edit", skip to page for "Supervisor" and "Management".

The steps is outlined in our guide here https://www.jotform.com/help/432-A-General-Approach-on-Building-an-Approval-Process-Workflow. Kindly check it and let us know if you have any questions.

Having a similar issue here, I have users complaining they are being asked to complete the content on page 6 when they select the first option as "employee". Even though I have a condition set that they should not see page 6 if that option is chosen.

Page 6 tab disappears, but when clicking next from page 5, the content from page 6 shows.

We need users to be able to toggle between tabs here.

I'm not able to replicate it from my end. Please check my screencast below.

Are you able to fix the issue? If not, are you able to replicate it from your end? Would you mind providing us the steps you took on how you replicate it?

    Looking forward for your response.
