Signature widget on Landscape Mobile-View does not work.

    The signature widget is not displaying correctly on mobile-view. There is a glitch where it either renders perfectly in portrait and incorrectly in landscape, or perfect in landscape and incorrectly in portrait. How can this be fixed?

    Please share us with your device info (i.e. iPhone 7s, Windows 10 etc) and browser info with its version (i.e Chrome 72.0, Firefox 65.0 etc. in order to investigate the issue further.

    This is tested using the jot-form preview and by using an iPhone 6s Plus.

    I am sorry for the trouble caused to you. I did test your form in mobile emulator and it seems to display the signature widget correctly.

    I would suggest you to please share a screenshot of the issue on how you see the signature widget in landscape mode. You may like to take a look at the following guide on how to upload image in forum post:  https://www.jotform.com/help/438-How-to-Post-Screenshots-to-Our-Support-Forum

    I am sorry for the trouble caused to you.

    I have injected few custom css code in form. I would suggest you to please test your form again in mobile device and get back to us if the issue persists.

    Whilst it works in landscape on the preview, on my mobile device it is still not working on landscape (iPhone 6s Plus):

    I was also able to see the issue on the signature widget on iPhone 6 device browser.

    Please give us more time to check and test further to identify the needed CSS codes that will fix the issue.
