Intake forms not submitting

I have set up different forms for my intake process on an Ipad (Ipad 3) in my office.

I have created short-cuts to the forms in the browser ( doesn't seem to matter which browser I try).

Whenever we try to submit a form, we get a return error messgage

"Sorry! Only one entry is allowed"  I always make sure when I'm testing, that I delete the test forms from the system.  Tests seem to work from remote locations.  I suspect it may have something to do with I.P. address always being the same with this Ipad at the office.  How can I fix this?

Please note I allows start with a fresh window, always closing old windows and reopening fresh browsers.  Again, I have tried many browsers, but Safari is the main one.  I have another office that I have set up the same way, but we're just getting started so I'm not sure of any problems yet.

    Thank you in advance,

    Michael

Based on the warning message you are getting when you try to submit the form, it seems that you have set the Unique Submission settings of your form to "Check cookies and IP".

Please select "No Check" so submissions coming from the same IP or browser will not be checked.

Thank you! I made the changes, don't have time to check functionality today but I'll bet that's it...makes sense!
